Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LogicPulse (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website and cybersecurity consulting services. We value confidentiality, minimal data handling, and clear operational boundaries.

We aim to collect only what is necessary to respond to requests, deliver Services, maintain business operations, and improve security. This Policy is written to be practical and readable, while still providing detailed transparency.

1. Information We Collect

A) Information you provide directly

  • Contact information (name, company, role, business email, phone number) when you submit a request.
  • Message content, project notes, and technical context you share with us.
  • Billing details and administrative information needed for invoicing and contractual communication.

B) Information collected automatically

  • Approximate device and browser information (e.g., browser type, device type, language settings).
  • Basic usage data (pages visited, timestamps, referral sources) to keep the site stable and secure.
  • Security logs used to detect abuse, fraud, or malicious traffic.

C) Information related to cybersecurity engagements

During audits or assessments, we may receive technical artifacts such as configuration excerpts, logs, endpoint inventories, screenshots, and vulnerability evidence. We request that Clients avoid sharing unnecessary personal data. Where personal data is included in technical artifacts, we treat it as Confidential Information and apply restricted access controls.

2. How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and understand your needs.
  • To deliver consulting Services, produce Deliverables, and support implementation.
  • To maintain internal records, billing, and operational communications.
  • To protect our systems, prevent abuse, and investigate suspicious activity.
  • To improve our website, documentation, and service quality (in aggregated form where possible).

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your information for unrelated advertising campaigns.

3. Legal Bases and Practical Principles

Depending on context, our processing may be based on one or more practical bases: performing a contract (delivering Services), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, operations), and your consent (where applicable).

Our guiding principles: data minimization, purpose limitation, access control, encryption where feasible, and retention limits aligned with business and security needs.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only when necessary:

  • Service providers supporting website hosting, analytics, billing, or communication tools, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Client-authorized recipients such as your internal teams or advisors you designate.
  • Legal requirements when disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

For security engagements, we do not disclose vulnerability findings to third parties without Client authorization, except where required by law or where immediate disclosure is necessary to prevent substantial harm.

5. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Engagement materials may be retained for a limited period to support follow-up questions, defend against claims, and maintain professional records. When retention is no longer necessary, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify information.

Clients may request reasonable deletion or return of certain engagement artifacts, subject to legal and operational limitations (e.g., required recordkeeping, security logs, and billing records).

6. Security Measures

We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for cybersecurity work. Measures may include access restrictions, segmented storage, encryption at rest and in transit where available, least-privilege principles, and audit logging.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. However, we continuously strive to maintain strong security hygiene and limit exposure by collecting minimal data and restricting access.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also request a copy of information you provided.

We may require identity verification before processing certain requests. Some requests may be limited if the data is required for legal compliance, security, or legitimate operational needs.

8. International Data Considerations

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection standards. We apply consistent confidentiality and security controls regardless of location, and we aim to use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through reasonable channels.
